Terms and conditions
These terms apply to every booking with Zenova Parking, a trading name of RSY Development SRL. By booking, you accept them.
1. Who we are
Zenova Parking is a trading name of RSY Development SRL, registered office at Place Communale 2, 1080 Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, company number BE 1023.092.652. The car park is at Woluwedal 18, 1932 Zaventem.
2. Free parking
Making a parking space available is free of charge. No amount is requested at any point, under any name, for keeping your vehicle on site.
3. Booking required
Access to the car park requires a valid booking. Bookings are made online and confirmed by email. Show that confirmation on arrival.
4. Duration
A booking covers 11 consecutive days at most. For longer stays, contact us before you arrive.
5. Shuttle
The shuttle between the car park and Brussels Airport is a separate, paid service and is entirely optional. The price is €60 return for up to 2 people, plus €5 per additional passenger return. Children count as passengers. Payment is made on site, in cash or by card.
6. Your vehicle and your keys
You park your vehicle yourself and keep your keys. We do not move your vehicle and do not take it into custody. Leave no valuables in sight.
7. Liability
As your vehicle is not taken into custody, no duty of safekeeping rests with us. Our liability is limited to damage resulting directly from a proven fault of ours or of our staff. We are not liable for theft of or from the vehicle, nor for damage caused by third parties.
8. Cancellation
Cancelling is free up to 24 hours before your booked arrival date, by email to zenovaparking@gmail.com. Later cancellation or no-show is not charged, but repeated no-shows may lead to future bookings being refused.
9. Staying beyond the booked period
If your vehicle remains on site after the booked period without you having told us, a single fixed indemnity of €75 is due for breach of these terms. This indemnity does not pay for keeping the vehicle on site and is not calculated per day. If you tell us, nothing is charged.
10. Conduct on site
Follow the signage, the speed limit and the instructions of staff. We may refuse access to anyone endangering the safety of other users.
11. Governing law
Belgian law applies. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Brussels judicial district.
